Losing weight is difficult for most people and many people have crazy expectations and think they can lose dozens of pounds with minimum effort.  My friend Suzy lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks and everyone was floored by her success. While she was fortunate in losing weight that fast, she also has some incredible genetics and a totally different body type to me.

You only need to workout for 30 minutes a day for 21 days in order to see incredible results.  I followed the eating plan and diet plan as well and lost a lot of weight using this program. I hate the gym because it's boring and you need to spend hours there and share equipment with a bunch of strangers. I much prefer working out and doing my own thing.  If you lose weight steadily, you continue to workout because you are motivated and know that the system is working for you. I encourage you to keep working out and you'll start seeing results sooner than you know.
